Fair Work Compliance

The Fair Work system applies to all employers and employees covered by Australian Labour Laws and related legislation. It covers three major regulatory components: Modern Awards, Agreements, National Employment Standards (NES) and the Fair Work Voluntary Small Business Wage Compliance Code.

Certain violations of the Fair Work Act are classified as criminal offences, which means that individuals may incur substantial fines or serve imprisonment for non-compliance with these regulations.
