What is the difference between Employee Self-Service (ESS) and an Employee Portal?

Employee Self-Service (ESS) and an Employee Portal usually provide the same core functions. Both allow employees to:

What is a Payrollee?

A payrollee is any individual whose pays are processed using e-PayDay Go® Single Touch Payroll (STP) software. ClockMeIn® is an integrated feature of e-PayDay Go® and is available exclusively to its users.

Do I have to pay for ClockMeIn®?

No. ClockMeIn® is included at no additional charge with all subscription plans, including FREEPAY. However, access to some features will vary depending on the plan level chosen.

Can I use ClockMeIn® as a Kiosk?

Yes. ClockMeIn® can be configured as a Kiosk:

Download from the Apple App Store or Google Play
Install on any Apple or Android tablet
Switch to Kiosk Mode to allow payrollees to clock in and out

Employees can also clock in/out directly from their mobile phone using the app.

Does ClockMeIn® work with other payroll software?

No. ClockMeIn® is designed exclusively for e-PayDay Go®, ensuring seamless integration. It works across:
