Terms and Conditions

  1. Early Bird Discount Offer Coupon Code ONLY VALID for the FIRST 100 Orders of STP End-Of-Financial-Year Assistance ONLY.

  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  3. To redeem the Coupon Code, the claimant must type the Coupon Code into the promotional box in the booking field of the e-PayDay Website and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase. If the claimant fails to enter the Coupon Code at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a claimant's purchase on the e-PayDay website.

  4. The assistance we provide in the above sessions is LIMITED to 1 ABN (Company or Entity) within e-PayDay® Legacy.

  5. If the Date/Time you have selected is not available, Sales will contact you by telephone and e-mail to arrange an alternative.

  6. Once your session has been booked and confirmed by Sales, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

  7. This e-mail will outline the steps that require completion before we contact you for your scheduled session. A reminder e-mail will also be sent to you 2 hours before your session commences. If you have not completed these steps when Support call, your session will be referred to Sales to reschedule.

  8. Each session is set an allocated time frame, there is no refund for unused time.

  9. If the allocated session time is exceeded, we will refer your details to Sales enabling you to book and pay for additional assistance.

  10. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your session, otherwise, a cancellation fee will be applicable (equivalent to 50% of your session cost).
